Gifts

Thought I would show you guys all the very cool gifts I got from my very cool friends for my birthday…..

And then I just have to show you what I landed up wearing to my birthday party, which was a complete and utter surprise. Yes, those are Shane’s size 8 slippers. I was upstairs in our flat making dinner for some friends and then Shane got one of the ladies that work for us to call me and tell me to come down immediately. I thought that Wolves was getting robbed because it sounded like she was crying, so I just ran like a crazy person downstairs, calling the police on my way. Then I nearly ran into oncoming traffic, the shop was in darkness and all I could think was ‘where is Shane’ so I ran in imaginary guns a blazing only to be confronted by all my friends and Shane yelling surprise.

I’m not going to lie it took like 10 minutes to realise what the hell was going on. Ha! But it was awesome to see everyone even though I was in slippers and in need of a bit of a hair brush hehe.
