There is an amazing little shop in Melville called Oddzbin that is full of all sorts of lost treasures from back in the day. I was there yesterday rummaging through all their bits and pieces and I came out with such beautiful vintage champagne glasses and a set of ceramic chained animals, which I’m so super happy with. The glasses remind me of my gran’s old house in Zimbabwe, she had the best stuff back in the day, only the finest of everything. Sigh, wish I knew back then that I would be so obsessed with antiques today, I would of cleaned my gran out.
The owner of Oddzbin is named Lucy and she is such a nice lady who is so lovely talk to and so super helpful and sweet. If you are looking for some pieces for your house or a gift, or if you wanting to sell some stuff, she’s your gal.
