So Shane and I shut both shops up last week Friday and headed out for December holidays. We are on a road trip through the Cape and we are so happy to be in holiday mode. I’m going to be sort of blogging here and there in the next few weeks, but I definitely will not be on here everyday until next year the 8th of January.
I just want to say thank you to everyone one of you who still come and visit my blog, I’m very grateful for the support and love and I’m looking forward to many more posts with you guys xxx
Here are a few photos of my holiday so far. Hope a lot of you are already on yours and loving it.
This was Shane and I after we closed up Wolves and Good Luck on Thursday night. We literally danced and laughed all the way up to our flat.
This is Leigh and I moving our old tables out of Wolves. We replaced all of them with new ones, which are super cool. Below is a picture of a corner of one.
Here is Goldilocks driving us to our first destination.
I have packed like 80 books to read, starting with this one.
We stayed in the Humewood Hotel on our way to Shane’s cousin’s wedding in Port Elizabeth.
This place literally makes you feel like you have time warped back to 1983. It’s flipping bizarre.
The boys before and after.
Shane’s cousin Hanna and her new husband Shane.
Shane’s beautiful cousin Jen, who is by far the raddest looking pregnant lady I have ever seen. No lies. She is 4 weeks away from giving birth to their first little boy.
Her shiny wedding shoes.
Us arriving at our first stop of our trip , Riet River. Shane’s mom has a cottage here which is like 30 metres away from the beach. It’s amazing. I have napped a lot so far.

Those Powerhouse shits were the business…
i’m gonna miss the blog. it’s one of my favourite things to read first thing in the morning.
enjoy the holiday, you deserve it!
Have a wonderful holiday! I am leaving Cape Town to go to Pretoria for a holiday 🙂 It will probably be empty there?
