So I finally picked a recipe to try out from my Martha Stewart cupcake book. Yes finally! And they came out perfectly. Just a warning though guys, it makes 30 cupcakes so make sure you have all your sweet teeth out and some stretchy fat pants on or invite lots of friends over for a tea party. For the icing I used a simple butter cream recipe and then added pale pink gel coloring, but just a couple of drops…. you can also throw some finely cut up strawberries into the icing and mix it up for a difference. There is a royal butter cream icing that they recommend for this specific cupcake, but I didn’t have time to make it, I will try it next time though.
Here are what mine came out like…. and they were quite yum.

Oo! I have this book and i made these cakes just the other day with my sister. I added some white chocolate into the icing which made them all the more disgustingly rich but also mostly completely delectable.
