When Jo and I were in Pretoria the other day we stopped into an antique store, that we both sort of knew how to get to, well Jo more than I. This shop is jam packed full of goodies, all sorts of things from paintings to ceramics, to glasses and tins and silverware and ornaments, mirrors and lamps, I could type a list as long as a horse’s face. It was an awesome shop. We didn’t have much time to browse around cause we were on a tight schedual, but that didn’t stop me from getting 2 little creatures for my cabinet. It was like a drive-by shop. Peeuw peeuw (those are shooting sounds, by the way).
Old mini black beauty is small and metal and amazing. And the bunny is damn cute.
Those clocks!!! One day, when we have our dream house in Greenside/Emmarentia – I will have a bookshelf FULL of clocks! Tickety tock! x

Wheeerrree is this place? I feel an unscratchable itch for it now. And yes, Bellbottoms is awesome also, but I need more places in PTA to ransack. There’s also the Sinkhuisie not far from Bellbottoms, quite awesome also.
