I haven’t posted one of these in a while, but when I watched this music video on booooooom by Adam Carpenter, who has been dubbed the Instagram Dance King, I felt like I had to share it with you guys. It’s one of the best and craziest dance themed music videos I have ever seen. Adam’s ideas are so much fun and clever and the whole thing makes you want to get up and dance like a nutcase on a rooftop whose had waaaay too much vodka.
Judging by his Instagram account which is called Daily Dance, he likes to have fun and he’s now officially a part of my feed, because I think every one needs a bit of silly in their lives at least once a day.

This video also reminded me of the time Jo and I went on a road trip together in 2010 and decided to make a music video. It’s no where near this one in terms of craziness, but we had so much fun making it. Shoo that was 5 years ago, I think that fact alone has just ruined my Friday ha!

Crazy chickens – love the guy with the ice-cream and can’t believe you didn’t kick over the crystal glasses. Hope you bought that huge swan in the courtyard! (were all these shops along Durban coast or did you get to PE?)
