I’m sure this has happened to many of you before, you go to the shops with a specific task at hand, which you know you have to complete but you don’t and instead you buy stuff that you don’t really need, but want. Yes?
So yesterday I went through to Sandton City to exchange an iron I bought because the damn thing stopped working 5 minutes into it’s new life with me. Anyway I was walking towards the ‘iron shop’ with full intentions of returning my purchase then going home, when I got distracted by, well nothing really, I just swiftly turned left into Zara the second it was clsoe enough and then spent the next little while trying on patterned jackets and shiny things. The iron kept me company the whole time, which was really sweet of it.
Zara has been on sale now for what seems like an eternity and it’s irritating because it always feels like you are looking at the same stuff, that you dot want! But yesterday the shelves were filled with some very cool new things and it made me feel excited to be in there again.
I bought this very nice PLAIN denim shirt. I write plain in capital letters because it’s impossible to find one that doesn’t have some sort of effect on it, like it’s been in the wars for the last 15 years. And then I bought these very nice leather boots, which were actually in the sale section that I dissed about 4 minutes ago. They were the last pair and they were in my size so I thought I would taken them home with me and iron. I like them a lot.
I landed up visiting quite a few places yesterday, but never quite made it round to the shop I was specifically there for. This is not the first time something like this has happened, sometimes I get annoyed with myself but then sometimes, like yesterday I’m totally cool with it hehe.

I’m totally cool with those Sale boots!
Im sure I can rock that shirt.
