Cupcake Richard Cake Shop is a tiny online, vegan & gluten free, cake shop, based in Cape Town, who love love tigers (all cats really) and are really passionate about tiger conservation. They have launched a Postcard Project, based on the WWF project, for rangers who are dedicating their lives to saving these awesome animals. They wanted to do something nice for them, so they got five of South Africa’s amazingly talented artists to each supply them with work to create a set of tiger inspired postcards. The following artists were kind enough to participate: Kirsten Beets, Maria Lebedeva, Wonder Meyer, Elsabe Milandri, Andrew Sutherland.

They now have a limited amount of 100 sets available. Each set includes all five postcards and the addresses of the brave rangers who are  risking their lives to protect tigers against poachers. This project was inspired by the World Wildlife Fund’s “Cards for Tigers” initiative. You send a postcard to a ranger to tell them how awesome they are! Each set is R200.00 (excluding shipping) and absolutely 100% of the profit is donated towards the Save Tigers Now campaign, for tiger conservation.

You can contact them on this email address info@cupcakerichard.com if you would like to own a set or 2 or 3. Wolves is also going to be stocking them soon soon.

*Thanks so much guys for my set of postcards, they are really really pretty…
