I have just got back from spending 5 days in lovely Cape Town. The weather was nice and also not so nice, but it was cool because we had such an awesome time. We ate loads (pancakes rule) and shopped a bit and visited the Bird Cafe twice. If you haven’t been there you have have to go (127 Bree street).
The lady who owns it makes all her own teacups and coffee cups and sugar bowls and milk jugs and plates and light fixtures etc. so very cool. I bought 2 cups, I couldn’t help myself. They were R245 each, but I think they were totally worth it. One day when I have my dream open shelf kitchen they are going to look so lovely in it. Anyone for a cup of tea? It’ll have to be one at a time though. sorry hee x -o -x
