Willie’s world class cocoa

my friend tim ordered this amazing chocolate from Willie’s World Class Cocoa (these guys have been growing cocoa for more than a decade in the Henri Pittier National Park in Venezuela). it arrived in the mail the other day, when he was opening the box, i felt like i was charlie’s distant cousin looking through the window of Mr Wonker’s factory with my jealous eyes. aaaaannnnnnyway….. this morning he bought me a piece of dark chocolate flourless cake that he made with it. man alive, it was good!  it’s long gone now, all that’s left of it is this picture. shame. you can order your own chocolate if you fancy. the packaging is so beautiful and old school. my favourite part is the stamp on the actual round of chocolate. amazing. when tim let me take pictures i had to stop myself from nibbling at it. if he had left me alone with it, it would of have been goner.
