A while back Jo and I did a whole lot of shopping for our work’s new reception area. We were given a budget and let free on all antique stores. Yes we were in heaven. The idea for the bar/reception area was to have lots of retro lights hanging above the bar, lots of different old school paintings and pictures on the walls and then shelves full of just cool stuff, anything we could find and boy did we find rad stuff and it was so much fun putting it all together.
But that was over 2 years ago and now they have once again revamped the reception/bar area and there isn’t a retro light or antique in sight, which means they have all landed up in that weird part of the office that isn’t a storeroom, but is because no one ever goes down there … shame. I asked if I could rescue this 1970’s beauty, they said yes. Man I love old light fixtures like these, they are so beautifully made and so well thought out. Welcome home Sir Brown Glass, welcome home x

Hiya!
Any chance they’re willing to sell that pretty globe- I’ve been looking for one just like that!
The brown light looks just lovely 🙂
oooh i’ll be more than happy to take some of that stuff just taking up space off their hands. If they want to sell.
