Jo and I went shopping from 11 in the morning till about 5 in the afternoon on saturday and we got some super cool stuff. We got sunglasses. hair clips, earrings, over-sized t-shirts (Mr Price, very nice), dresses, vests, scarves, cinnabons and more. I’m going to post some of the stuff up, like my new super cool sunglasses. Hello.
I bought both these pairs of sunglasses from a shop at the very top of Louie Botha in Johannesburg. They still had their faded tags on them, with their original price – R4.99. I paid R12 each, which is still a flippin good deal. I know you’re all nodding your heads in agreement. I just know it.

I looked through my box, I have 6 wayfarer type glasses. None of them are real, unfortunately, but they’re still cool. My favourite pair are the mirrored, brown turtle-shells. How awesome? The black pair with the lumo green arms are from my childhood, yip still got them. Still got my Forest Friends too, in case you were wondering.
As you may have realised, I like collecting things and one of the things I really like collecting are awesome looking sunglasses. The more retro looking the better. I hauled out my box of fancies last night and counted them up, I have over 70 pairs, well 72 and a half to be exact. One pair is broken.
So just like all my other stuff, i’m going to post them up in stages. Just thought i would introduce all of them to you in one photo to begin with. So here they are and here is me sporting a very cool black and silver paint splattered pair that I got from my friend Angie no. 1
