I went shopping for a friend’s child’s birthday yesterday and I found some pretty cool things for the little tike, but I also found a couple of cool things for me toooo. Oh yes I did. I got me some Mary-Janes from Mr Price, a red pair and a white pair. All Winter stock is coming into the shops now, it’s quite nice to see chunky jerseys and long sleeved goods again, there are some very cool pieces out there, if you guys are looking to spruce up your wardrobe.
Ammmmmy you are a genius!
Once again Amy from Jane Sews has come out with some designs that will have your head doing itself in. She has added some pieces to her leather shoe collection that are just too beautiful. I know without a doubt that you’re going to agree with me and if you don’t then I think you need your head and your face checked.
Feast your eyes on these lovelies…..sigh
Soooooo… Shane and I have some pretty big small news to tell you guys, that I have been so excited to just scream from the rooftops, but have been waiting till the right amount of time has past…..BUT we are so super happy to announce that we are now 4 months pregnant with a baby Shangie hee.
We are both really happy and excited for what’s to come, it’s been a bit of a bumpy (nauseous) ride so far, but every time we see baby on the monitor I burst into tears, it’s just the sweetest thing.
When I went to the Mr Price Winter preview breakfast the other day, before we left they gave all the girls a green and navy checkered shirt and all the boys grey trackpants to style however they pleased and then shoot the looks. Mr P has all our looks up on their online store, which was very cool.
Thought I would share my photos with you guys, it was a fun challenge, one I thought Simon my loving deer might enjoy…He’s such a good sport.
Puma is forever spoiling both Shane and I and yesterday was no exception. They came to say hi and with them they bought these 2 super cool pair of shoes that are so light and so comfortable it’s actually insane. I put the white and green pair on last night and it honestly felt like I wasn’t wearing any shoes.
The other day Grazia magazine visited me at my house. They came to take pictures of what I would wear to a Christmas party that I would host. Now, those of you that know me well, know that I’m not a very dressy-up kind of person. I don’t wear heels and I like to feel comfortable and myself at all times and so I opted for a long black skirt, my new top from Country Road, which I love because the shoulders are puffy and I flipping love puffy shoulders (don’t ask me why). I also decided to wear 3 of my favourite local designers, Jane Sews shoes, a bracelet from Skermunkil and a necklace from Dear Rae.
So I thought I would show you guys the insert (thanks Grazia) and show you my nice new top and some nice new sandals I picked up at Mr Price, incase you were looking for puffy sleeves and some new sandals xx
