Lucky Song Friday – Forever – Ykiki Beat

I got a mail from a chirpy young lady named Neo the other day, she lives in Japan (lucky fish) and she was telling me about this small Japanese indie band called Yikki Beat, she said that she really liked them and she thought that maybe I would too. She sent me one of their songs called ‘Forever’and she was right, I did like it and I would now like to share it with you guys.

Thanks Neo for the nice mail and the support that came along with it for my blog and baby face, I really appreciate it and thanks for introducing me to some new music from one of my most favourite places on earth

Lucky Song Friday – Vance Joy – Riptide

This is a song I have been meaning to include on my Lucky Song Friday list, Doug introduced it to me on The Puma Happy Holiday tour and I’ve been listening to it ever since. And then yesterday my friend Emma used it as a background song on a video she made and it reminded me that I have to share it with you guys because it really is such a special song and one of my absolute favourites, I could listen to it over and over (I do listen to it over and over).
