Hello, I need a new home.

September 6, 2011

I’m trying to sell some pieces out my house because I have a lot of stuff and I think I need to let go of some of it as much as it pain me to do so. So I’m starting with my giant elk and deer picture that hangs in my entrance. Shane and I are thinking of hanging our bikes up, so this little/big guy needs a new home.

The actual piece is about 1.5 meters by 1 meter and it’s in good condition. The frame may need a lick of paint, but that’s all. The actual picture is printed on a type of material, very unusual, but really cool. Jo and I pretty much drove on top of my dashboard in order to get this beauty to my house, but it was totally worth it. Im selling it for R500, if you are keen drop me a mail. Would be easier if you could fetch it from Wolves, just saying x xx

Danette, thank you for the deer and the cupcake coddlers.

May 24, 2011

Jo’s sister Danette lives in Canada and every now and then she sends luckyface Jo a parcel from there filled with super rad things like clothes and buttons and and and. Well this time round she included something in there for me whoohohoh. Danette thank you so much for my quirky themed cupcake holders – them bitches are getting ginger bread cupcakes with marshmallow icing in them (A recipe my friend Robyn has shared with me and if she’s cool with it, I will share with you).

And thank you so much for the deer. Jo said you thought it looked like a dog cross with a deer. I agree. Haaha, whoever made him must have had one wild childhood in some messed up forrest somewhere ha!

Claire

March 4, 2011

These beautiful photographs were taken by a beautiful girl called Claire that I met a long time ago. My friends David and Adrian bought them for me for my birthday a few years back and I have just rediscovered them now. They are so well thought out and shot, I can’t say which is my favourite because I like them all so much, they make me feel so happy and young, don’t ask me why.

Don’t you think this such a cool project?
