Today we had a braai at the house that Craig is boarding in in Pretoria. The lady who owns it has loads of awesome pictures of her kids and grandkids everywhere – the picture on the top was by far one of the best ones there.
Here are a few of us trying to do the same move. as if. Cath was the only one who got it nearly right. I nearly split my pants and the funny thing is, in my picture it doesn’t look like I was trying that hard to get the pose right, but I was and it flippin hurt. For real.

My friend Doug arrived at my house last night carrying these 2 little guys. he got them from his aunt’s house in Pretoria, and gave them to me because he thought I might like them. well done Doug, I do like them. they are so strange and detailed and awesome. They are sitting on my shelf in my office right now looking down at me.
* I swear the one named Cath blinked earlier. Yikes.
my clever little friend miss cath sent me a postcard in the mail. she went to cape town the other day on holiday and mailed me from there. man oh man i haven’t recieved one of these in like 15 years. wow – such a cool idea. i was so surprised and delighted. thanks cath, you rule awesomeface x
