SoccerRugby City

On Saturday afternoon, Shane, my mom and my dad and I all went to Soccer City to watch rugby. Yes rugby. Now between Shane and I we have probably watched like 2 and a quater games, it’s not really our thing, but my folks really enjoy it and so we thought we would go along. It was too much fun. Listening to everyone around you with all their funny comments made the night for me. Let me give you some examples – “Pull your pants up, I can see your butt.” “Waar is jou hond, hond?” “Come on kick him in the face!” “Cut your hair, you look like a girlie.” And my personal favourite, “Go have a cup of jo.” What? I don’t know, but what I do know is if I was a rugby player I would not bath for 2 weeks before a game and then I would pee myself just before for extra effect. No one would come anywhere near me and I would be a hero. Genius.

Well anyway it was a fun afternoon and there were thousands and thousands of people, which was such an awesome site and there was an attempt by a group to break a Guniess world record – The most Elvis’s in one place at the same time, there were loads, but I don’t know if they broke it.
