Found this cool t-shirt on a site called Buy Me Brunch. I ordered 2, one for Shanie and one for me. Thought that they were more than appropriate for us (Before Shane knows it I’m going to have us dressing the same all of the time ha. Apparently this is quite a craze in Japan).
The quality of the t-shirt is great, it’s made of nice thin material. The only bugger up were the tax import duties. I asked the seller to mark it as a gift, but I think maybe he forgot because when it arrived it had a monetary value written on the front of the package and the gift box was unticked. But it came in good time and we like them, so it’s all good.
That tee is super duper awesome! In a perfect world Antonie and I would be perfectly coordinated in beautiful matching outfits!
oooo nice T-shirts! If it makes you feel any better the gift trick doesn’t always work to avoid customs. I’ve had to pay import duties on legit gifts before. The rule of thumb is that South Africans are permitted to receive two parcels up to the value of R500 each that will be free of customs duties. Anything over in value or any more parcels and you have to pay the dreaded customs duties.
Niiiicceee shirts!
