when we were in Mozambique last year december we stumbled across a very dark, dusty little shop in inhambane that sold loads of different things, like ceramic squirrels and wolves. hello! when i saw these guys in the very under dressed window display i nearly peed myself. there were a couple of dinosaurs too, but i decided to leave those behind for someone else to wet themselves over. we also found this awesome sweater. it was stuck up in the corner of one of the windows. i asked the lady if she could get it down for us. she nodded and then bought me a new one from the back instead. she just couldn’t understand why we wanted the old faded one in the window – maybe because it’s friggin awesome lady, that’s why. and so we came home with 3 wonderfuls that day. it was a good day.
