Last night my friends Stubs (Jo) and Karenistic came over for SYTYCD and dinner. I made mini pizzas with bree, cranberry and potatoes. They took literally 11 minutes to make and they were damn delicious. If you want a quick and easy dinner that tastes and smells like nice, then make these.
All you’ll need is:
1. 1 pack mini pizza bases from Woolworths, the type with just the cheese and tomato.
2. Cranberry sauce, also from Woolworths.
3. A triangle of bree.
4. A boiled potato.
Just arrange everything nicely on the top of each base, grind some black pepper on top of them, spray & cook a baking tin, stick them on and then into the oven under grill for 5 minutes and tananananana dinner is ready. Yes.
*Man i’m so happy Kent is still in. Our DSTV has been on the blink for quite a while and i’ve missed a bunch of episodes, but i’m glad to see that Wapakoneta is still in the running – sweet little guy.
Damn it i wish I had a leftover mini pizza to have now!
Watched it with my mom, sans pizzas, last night. There have been so many injuries this season, which is really sad.
So *that’s* what you were shopping for! In future I will now be able to recognise pre-SYTYCD shopping intensity.

you have to try it with crispy sweet potato…I am a sweet potato addict and I promise the whole world is better after some sweet potato deliciousness………….mmmmmmm cranberry and bree:)x
