It’s Wednesday yet again and this week I’m happy to introduce you all to another lovely Levis face, Banesa.
Last weeks Levis and Me: Fred Gatari
Andrew also has another face up on his blog – Kay AKA Dj Doowap
Name: Banesa Tseki
Questions:
1. What city do you live in, and how long have you called it home? I am currently living in Johannesburg, I moved here early this year from Cape Town but in all honesty Lesotho is the one place that feels like home.
2.What do you do? I hate this question! Lol, I do PR and brand manage the artist Naima Mclean as well as organise events. I also plan to do my Honours in Journalism and Media Studies next year.
3. What is one of the raddest things you have done wearing a pair of jeans? Go hiking in Lesotho at the ‘Semokong’ waterfall and pony trekking route, that day was pure spiritual bliss!
4. If you could live in someone else’s ‘jeans’ for a day who would that person be? Wow,how does a girl not sound cliché? I would go with Brenda Fassi no doubt!
5. What is the one thing/person that influences your style the most? My biggest style influence is my Mom and CPT/JHB streets. My Mom has always had this retro timeless elegance to her that I wish to emulate someday. The CPT and JHB streets are buzzing with fresh energy and a youthful spirit that says ‘we are taking over’ and this is reflected in their style.
6. Would you rather eat ONLY boiled cabbage for the rest of your life or have a face that looks like an undercooked pork roast? I would definitely eat boiled cabbage as disgusting as it may be, I would rather be healthy and lean then have a face like an undercooked pork roast…(gag!)
