I always like supporting local labels because I think that there is nothing better than people going out and trying to make things happen for themselves. So I would like to introduce you all to The Joinery, which is run by sisters Natalie and Kim.
The Joinery is a big supporter of their community and making sure that they do their part to create jobs and preserve the environment as much as possible is a priority to them, in fact a lot of their clothes are handmade in pursuit of this very notion, which I think is very cool.
I had a peek at their SS15 look book shot by Lyall Coburn and I liked what I saw. Their designs are pretty and non-fussy and I really like the art direction in these shots, it reminds me a bit of Terry Richardson.
