Why are pancakes so wonderful? There is something about them that makes you want to put on a 1950’s prom dress and some glitter and dance around the room to Lionel Richie’s “dancing on the ceiling”, an act you’re hoping will go unnoticed, especially if you are of the bearded species. We and when I say we, I mean Shane tried out the flapjack recipe in Tina Bester’s Comfort book – they were awesome. Happy sunday x x x
