On Sunday morning we went to a 6:10 am morning service that Shane’s dad was having at the civic centre in Rustenburg. It was a bit cold and very grey so afterwards we stayed for hotcross buns and coffee. I kept hearing meowing so I went on a kitty mission and this is who I found. Now some of you may know that i’m obsessed with cats, but I can’t have one because Shane is allergic and asthmatic and will divorce me if I come home with one. I tried to convince him to let me take this one home, but I didn’t win. It was a young kitten, it let me get sort of close to it but not really and it meowed the whole time.
On top of Shane being allergic so is his whole family, so I couldn’t even rescue it for the weekend till I could find a home or a shelter, plus it kept hopping off every time I stuck my hand out. I’m sure it’s still at the Rustenburg civic centre, if anyone lives in the area and feels like maybe loving this kitty till the day you die PLEASE PLEASE go get it. Shame, I feel sad again.
