Adi and I have been dying to do a Churche shoot! The last time we worked together I was so huge and almost ready to give birth to my baby Rex. It’s been a good few months since we’ve teamed up to shoot something for our little collective and that’s why I’m so excited to share this new series with you that we created for local jewelry designer Henriette Botha’s new range.
We loved the idea of using beautifully textured fish to compliment Henriette’s simple yet unique pieces and I’m so happy with the way the photos came out. One of my favourites is the one with the octopus on our (amazing model) Amy’s head, it reminds me so much of Johannes Vermeer’s painting Girl With A Pearl Earring, just a very strange version of it.
If anyone (models or brands) is keen to work with us please don’t hesitate to drop me a mail. We’d love to chat to you – angie@luckypony.co.za

Your work is so incredible! I’m definitely not a model but I would die to be shot by you one day haha. I love the photos with the hands and squids, so many textures, so amazing!

Thank you so much! I appreciate it 🙂
I have just started following you on Instagram, you take such nice photographs.
I will definitely keep you in mind…I love your freckles!
Thanks so much Jenna.
Wow, these photos are stunning, blown away with the creativity. Also well done on managing to work with props, that I am sure had a very strong smell.
Thanks so much for the comment 🙂
