Old Louis over here was made by Jean de Wet’s clever hands and now he lives above my bed, looking out for us from his swamp of awesome. I love Louis and his hairy face. But he’s not the only thing I closed my grubby little paws around from Jean’s show. We also bought 2 of his prints, which are so detailed and amazing in real life, it’s actually a shame to try and appreciate them by looking at a photo. Thanks Jean for being so clever and for making our house look oh so nice.

The 1st big print was my favourite of the lot! SOOO much happeing, so much detail.
His work reminds me of Hieronymus Bosch’s – so very detailed and cool.
