For your eyes, if they are looking for a new friend.

November 30, 2011

The other day Este and I were looking for new mascara, because it’s always fun to do. We both decided on different makes and ones that we had never tried before. We have been using them for about 2 weeks now and I thought I would share the results with you guys, in case you were looking for a new paint for your face.

I have never bought anything from Max Factor before, but this particular mascara had a really nice thick brush, which I liked and I must say I’m really enjoying it. It’s a nice product and it makes my eyelashes definitely look thicker and it wasn’t badly priced either. So if you see it along your travels and you’re needing a new mascara, I would definitely try it. Ps – I’m not getting paid by anyone to write this, I’m just sharing my experiences xx

Este on the other hand, does not really like her Rimmel Glam’Eyes, she was all spellbound by the 2 different applicators you get in one tube, which are for length and for volume, but we personally think they are both for show -Este has some of the longest eyelashes I have ever seen on a human being, I think she could wrap them around a tree if she tried (ok I’m exaggerating, but you get my point) and this mascara made them look thin because the formula was so wet and during the day it became crumbly. So it’s a no no.

Ok, that was just some useless information, hope it helps some of you xx

I don’t experiment a lot when it comes to mascara! It seems like I have been using the same one for more than a year – the iconic green and pink Maybeline one!

ONLY Lancôme Hypnôse Drama for me. Or YSL. Nothing else works as well…

I also use Max factor – the false lash effect one in the chunky tube and people ask me all the time if my eyelashes are real because they are so long. And its only like 120 bucks

A bit of a late response, but nevertheless – I never go for Max Factor, as they test on animals. Just a thought!
