Blue wall of niceness.

March 16, 2011

We are currently featuring 4 artists on the walls at Wolves. First up is Justin Southey, a damn talented illustrator and designer from Cape Town who has sent us a bunch of his amazing wooden cutout creatures, which he has lovingly painted with his awesome art hands. You can check out more of his work on his blog by clicking here. I like the shy skinny fox, even has an ‘A’ for Angie on it – but he’s taken, luckily for me I know where the new owner lives. Break-in tiiiiime!

Lauren Fowler from Cape Town who is also a super talented illustrator and a knitter, graphic designer and thing maker (in her own words), has also sent us some of her beautiful animal creatures, who are all dressed up and waiting to go home with you. Lauren has used such cool frames to put them in, so double bonus.

Then my friend Louise who runs the raddest little blog called super duper things (check it out) sent us, all the way from London some sweet little pictures that she drew. They would be perfect box framed all in white. Then her friend Henry, who is also from London sent us a quirky collection of ‘takeaway’ drawings, which are also up for grabs.
