When I went through NJ’s cupboard near the end of last year I had a huge pile of clothes that she hadn’t worn or had only worn once and I’m experiencing the same thing now with Rex. He’s quite the little eater so I have a stack of things already that just do not fit his wonderful fat little body anymore. He’s so cute!
Now there are a few things that one can do with these clothes, you can obviously donate them, which is amazing, or you can hand them down to relatives/friend’s babies, or you can make them into little bronze statues (I’m not judging if you if that’s your thing), or you can check out this nifty local company called Tiny Humans clothing.
Tiny Humans is an online store that sells new or good-as-new clothes from all the best brands for much less than what you would pay in the shops and the awesome thing about them is that a lot of their items still have their tags on and the rest as Phillipa (owner) says are in excellent used condition, which means whatever you buy is exactly as it has been described online. An added bonus is that the prices are really good and there are some really nice items listed, like these amazing plum coloured cotton dungarees from What Mother Made.
I dressed NJ up in them and did a little shoot the other day. I think she looked so sweet, like a little kid from the 1920’s, just a modern version.
So if you have a few items of choice clothing that you would like to try to make some cash back on, take a look at Tiny Humans, all you will have to do is drop the clothes off or post them to them and then they will market, sell and deliver all items to the buyers for you.
