Last weekend I got some new things for Nina, the house and myself. Thought I would share them with you in case anyone was in the market for shoes, a new rug, a light box or some cute baby things. Que photos…

In my room I had a really nice cream knotted rug, but I quickly learnt that the colour cream is not my friend and probably will never ever be. It was such a nice piece, but damn was it hard to keep clean and I’m one of those people that freak out when there are marks or scratches on stuff. So I went back to Mr P Home in search of a new one and lucky for me I found one I liked and it’s more black than any other colour, which is great. Hopefully it’ll last longer.

Jane Sews Summer Capsule Collection

My beautiful friend Amy has once again out done herself with her latest Jane Sews Summer Capsule Collection. She sent me her new look book and I pretty much drooled all over my computer going through it. There are so many cool pieces to choose from and they’re all so perfect for Summer, they’re flowy and light and so pretty. Love the dresses with the cutout mid-drift and the ivory top with the embroidery on the sleeves, hell I love them all.

Nice one Amy face, you’re a little star and once again you have created such amazing things with your amazing little hands.

Black & white things

Hello everybody, hope you all had a wonderful weekend… and are having a lovely Monday morning.

This weekend I went on a bit of a shop, I was looking for new cushions for our couch and a black and white rug for Shangie’s room. Lucky for me, those are the exact things that I found, I literally walked into a few stores and came out with the stuff I needed. I also scored a few other very cool things this weekend, that fit nicely into my monochrome colour scheme, so I thought I would do a black and white post showcasing them all.

I found this very awesome rug at Mr Price Home, you can’t see it in the picture, but it’s a good size and they had a few others that were really nice too, so if you’re looking for rugs, go check them out.

Ammmmmy you are a genius!

Once again Amy from Jane Sews has come out with some designs that will have your head doing itself in. She has added some pieces to her leather shoe collection that are just too beautiful. I know without a doubt that you’re going to agree with me and if you don’t then I think you need your head and your face checked.
